Linda Thompson is the mother of two reality stars and the ex-wife of the patriarch of the Kardashian family, Bruce Jenner, but that doesn't mean Linda Thompson is okay with celebrity culture.
The 63-year-old actress and lyricist is mum to Brandon and Brody Jenner, who have appeared in shows like Laguna Beach, The Hills, Princes of Malibu and Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Although Thompson admits she has never watched an episode of the Kardashians, she has plenty to say about the crazy culture it creates.
"People get a little sidelined thinking that fame and fortune is going to bring them happiness, peace and contentment in their lives, everyone thinks they want to be famous until the paparazzi are in their face and then they're asking 'Just give me some privacy'. I'm sorry, but that's not what you signed on for."
Linda Thompson has arrived in Australia with Sam Thompson her brother for the 'Elvis Leaves His Mark: Now and Then' tour with Mark Andrew.
