Three lovely photos of Elvis Presley, plus Elvis' autograph are for sale on eBay for the price of US$3,500.
John Black had just purchased the newest Polaroid Land Camera in New York City and boarded his flight to California. Aboard the plane he looked up and saw Colonel Tom Parker and Elvis Presley. He quickly snapped a picture that came out overexposed because the camera setting wasn't correct. This picture is included in the lot. He asked Elvis to sit on the vacant seat beside him and spent the flight talking with Elvis. Another two photos were shot and came out great. One is an incredible photo of Elvis looking right at the camera. One was autographed on the back. Col Parker asked for the photos but Elvis insisted Mr Black could keep his photos.
Actually one has fingerprints (Elvis's?) where both handled the photo when the sealant was still wet.
Included is a typed letter of the story and a JSA notarized letter confirming the authenticity.
