The Christmas Lights are officially on for the holiday season at Elvis Presley's Graceland. Charles "Chip" Esten from the ABC TV show "Nashville" flipped the switch which turned on the lights during a ceremony which took place Friday, November 22nd 2013. After flipping the switch Esten performed several Christmas songs with Musician Andy Childs and the band Sixwire. The second photo seen above was taken at the ceremony and Chip is standing second from left. Before the ceremony Angie Marchese, Director of the Graceland Archives and Elvis Radio DJ Argo discussed what Christmas was like at Graceland for Elvis and the Presley family. Jack Soden, CEO of Elvis Presley Enterprises welcomed everyone to the ceremony. A live camera feed was broadcast for Elvis Presley fans worldwide.
Elvis Presley Fans of Nashville, President Caroline Pratt attended the lighting ceremony. Caroline forgot her camera for the ceremony, and apologizes for the photos shared above taken via cell phone.
